Refund policy
We keep it simple and fair.
Returns
You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Email us at customer.care@erisen.my before returning anything.Â
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the item is damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at customer.care@erisen.my with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll fix it. No extra cost to you.
- Contact us with a photo of what you received.
- We’ll arrange an exchange promptly.
Change of Mind
We do not issue refunds for change of mind.
If you'd still like to exchange the item:
- It must be unused and in original packaging.
- You’ll need to cover all shipping costs.
- Must be made within 15 days from the order date.
