Shipping policy

General Information 

Deliveries are available only within Malaysia. Please provide a valid Malaysia address during checkout to ensure successful delivery. 

Delivery Fee

Delivery will be free only for orders within West Malaysia.

For deliveries to East Malaysia, shipping fees are calculated based on your postcode and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Your order will arrive within 2-5 business days after confirmation. 

Self-Collection

Prefer to pick up your order instead? You can choose Self-Collection and collect from our showroom at once it's ready. 

Self-collection orders are typically ready within 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after making the full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your items.
